Meditation Instructions on the Nature of Mind
by Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche
In October 2019, at the invitation of the Westchester Buddhist Center, Rabjam Rinpoche gave in-depth teachings based on a text by Mipham the Great on how to meditate and rest in the nature of the mind. During this challenging time, we would like to offer you the videos of these crucial teachings.

Rabjam Rinpoche’s teachings, based on experience and heartfelt compassion, are insightful and inspiring, weaving in delightful stories about his grandfather, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and other great masters.  PART 1:
After a brief introduction by Rinpoche on intention, he comments line-by-line on the text.
