Dilgo Khyentse Fellowship/ Shechen is dedicated to the preservation and continuation of the Tibetan Buddhist spiritual and cultural heritage. In particular, our emphasis is on the Nyingma lineage of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
Under the guidance of Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche and Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche, our educational and cultural programs support and educate over 1,000 monks, nuns, and children who receive an authentic education in Buddhist philosophy, sacred arts, and meditation in our schools and monasteries.
Our work supports the preservation of Tibet’s spiritual lineage through our philosophical colleges and retreat centers. We archive rare Tibetan books and artwork, and input and publish rare Tibetan texts. Through the Tsering Art School, we revive authentic Tibetan painting and crafts.
Our programs are located in Nepal, India, and Bhutan. Through the generosity of sponsors and donors, Dilgo Khyentse Fellowship has made great strides in preserving the living legacy of Tibet. Our International Shechen Centers are dedicated to continuing this lineage and spreading the teachings worldwide.
