Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche has started his European tour in Croatia, leading the third annual Shechen Seminar. See the photos.

This Shechen Seminar provides an opportunity for students in Europe to practice the heart teachings of His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. Students from 15 countries came this year, totaling over 90 participants.

Rinpoche taught guru yoga to students doing the Rangjung Pema Nyingtik ngondro. Rinpoche also gave empowerments for the Pema Tse Nyingtik and the Rangjung Pema Nyingtik.  During one talk, Rinpoche offered a story about how he found the Buddha. When he was young he was searching around for Buddha everywhere until he finally realized the Buddha was sitting next to him playing and talking about cars. Rinpoche said he found the Buddha in his teacher, Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche.

Changling Rinpoche also teaching at the seminar. He leads a practice group for those doing the Pema Tse Nyingtik and in the afternoons gives a public talk entitled ‘Vajrayana Boot Camp’.
